欧盟计划出台新规，整治网站 Cookie 横幅乱象

IT之家 1 月 4 日消息，近日在接受德国纸媒《周日世界报》采访时，欧盟司法委员迪迪埃・雷德尔斯表示，欧盟委员会已注意到恼人的 Cookie“同意”横幅，正在讨论相关措施进行规范。

IT之家注：用户访问某个网站，通常会看到横幅、弹窗，希望用户同意收集和使用第三方 Cookies。

许多网站都提供了一个直接的选择，即接受所有 Cookie 或阻止所有非必要的 Cookie。

然而，许多网站要求多次点击才能拒绝 Cookie，这往往会诱使访问者为了方便而选择“允许所有”按钮。

欧盟计划出台新规，整治网站 Cookie 横幅乱象

欧盟当局表示已关注到 Cookie“同意”横幅的烦人程度，后续将出台相应的法律，规范横幅显示。

雷德尔斯表示将出台新规，规范 Cookie“同意”横幅的使用情况，减轻“cookie 疲劳”，同时确保用户理解在线广告机制，并就其数据作出知情决定。

一个建议的解决方案是要求网站记住访问者的偏好，从而每年只显示一次同意横幅。
